Drug Uses
The constituents of PureHands possess antiseptic and antimicrobial properties, which are beneficial in eradication of harmful microorganisms. Moreover, PureHands has moisturizing and deodorant actions.

How to use
Take 0.5 ml to 1 ml of the gel (one push of calibrated pump) on your palms. Rub well over the palms, back of hands, fingernails and grooves briskly, until dry. No water required after use.

Missed Dose
If you miss a dose of PureHands and you are using it regularly, use it as soon as possible. Do not use 2 doses at once.

• Before and after having physical contact with patients (e.g., when checking pulse, BP and other examinational procedures)
• Before wearing sterile gloves, when inserting catheters or other invasive devices Before moving from a contaminated site to a clean site during patient care
• After contact with body fluids or excretions, mucous membranes, non-intact skin and wound dressings, if hands are not visibly soiled
• After contact with inanimate objects (including medical equipment) in the immediate vicinity of the patient
• After removing gloves

To patients

• Bacterial infections like typhoid, tuberculosis, meningitis, and a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative infections
• Viral infections like chicken pox, herpes, infective hepatitis, measles, mumps, etc.
• Skin infections like molluscum contagiosum, scabies and fungal infections
• Food-borne diseases like amebiasis, infective gastroenteritis and other acute diarrheal diseases
• Common cold, URTI, conjunctivitis, etc.

To general public (people in general)

• For routine cleaning of hands
• During travel or after using public transport
• Before and after attending to a sick person
• Before eating or handling food
• Before use of contact lenses
• After contact with surfaces in public places

• After touching raw meat, poultry or fish
